UNAA Honours Oluebube Chukwu With Meritorious Award For Transparency And Excellence In Public Service

The office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due Process, Oluebube A. Chukwu, witnessed a moment of honour and recognition as a delegation from the University of Nigeria Alumni Association (UNAA) formally presented him with a prestigious Meritorious Award in appreciation of his outstanding contributions to transparency in leadership and public service.


The award, which was earlier conferred during the 119th National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting and 29th Bi-Annual Convention of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, was officially delivered to  Chukwu at his office by representatives of the association.


According to the association, the honour was bestowed on Chukwu in recognition of his unwavering commitment to accountability, transparency, and excellence in public service, values that have distinguished his contributions to governance in Abia State.


Presenting the award, members of the delegation commended Chukwu for his dedication to promoting due process and good governance, describing him as a shining example of responsible leadership and integrity in public office.


Receiving the award, Chukwu expressed gratitude to the University of Nigeria Alumni Association for the recognition, noting that the honour would further inspire him to remain committed to the ideals of transparency, service, and effective governance.


He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Governor Alex Otti's vision of building a transparent, accountable, and prosperous Abia State where public resources are managed responsibly for the benefit of the people.
